Some knowledge about our pvc production line

There are 3 differennt kinds of pvc production line in our factory, it's 1.8m, 3.4m and the 6m.

Main feature:

1. The frame adopts No.50 square profile and national standard cold plate material. 

2. The chain is a 5-point stainless stell chain, uneasy to rust and the conveyor speed is adjustable. 

3. It adopts water cooling cycle to cool the mold,

4. The upper temperature is heated by spiral tube, with long working life and uneasy to damage. The lower heating plate is processed by CNC grinding machine, with high plane precision and baking mold evenly.

5. Intelligent PID output control , which is stable and accurate in temperature.

6. It contains the heating area and also the cooling area, which increase the productivity largelly.

Application：

It ban be used for making colorful double layer pvc shoe, pvc shoe sole, pvc slipper, other pvc product etc.
